Service Description

A private sound experience inspired by the calming atmosphere of a group sound bath, but with the added space, comfort and personal attention of a one-to-one session. Held in a peaceful private home studio, these sessions are offered exclusively for women, creating a safe, welcoming and comfortable space where you can fully relax. Only you and your female practitioner will be present during your session. Alongside my sound therapy training, I am also a qualified CBT therapist, bringing experience in creating calm, supportive and compassionate spaces where people can feel at ease. Your session begins with time to arrive, settle and share anything you would like to focus on before your sound journey begins. Using the soothing vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls and crystal bowls, you will be gently guided into a deeply relaxing experience. The instruments are played around you, creating a calming soundscape to support relaxation, stillness and self-connection. This is not a hands-on treatment and no instruments are placed on the body. The experience is simply an opportunity to relax, unwind and be immersed in the beauty and resonance of sound. No previous experience is needed — just bring yourself, get comfortable and allow yourself the time and space to relax.
