About Me
Born in Devon and having lived most of my life in Dorset, I feel very grateful to have experienced life in two stunning coastal regions of the south. I am continually amazed by the beauty around me, which mindfulness has helped me appreciate more.
With nearly twenty years of experience in the mental health field as a mental health nurse and an accredited CBT therapist, I have dedicated my journey to helping others connect with themselves and the world around them.
My own therapeutic journey has unfolded over many years, deepening my connection with myself and my surroundings. My training aligns with recognised professional standards and evidence-informed practice, held within a calm, holistic approach that honours the whole person. My work has been further enriched through study with the British Academy of Sound Therapy, enabling me to offer sound baths grounded in research and delivered with care. I warmly invite you to explore the restorative potential of sound therapy and psychotherapy with me.
In addition to my therapeutic qualifications, I hold an Enhanced DBS check and certification in Adult Workplace First Aid. This enables me to provide a safe and professional environment for all clients. I am fully insured for all therapies I provide, ensuring peace of mind as we work together. Let’s connect, heal, and find balance through the transformative integration of sound, energy work, and emotional therapy.

Mission
At Harbour Harmonics, our mission is to deliver therapeutic sound experiences that support nervous system regulation and whole-person wellbeing.

Through Himalayan and crystal bowls, gong, and psychologically informed practice, we create grounded spaces for restoration, resilience, and reconnection.

We exist to help modern lives move from chronic overdrive to embodied balance.

Vision
Our vision is to redefine how wellbeing is experienced in modern life - integrating therapeutic sound into retreat spaces, corporate environments, and communities seeking sustainable resilience.
We envision a culture where regulation is not a luxury, but a foundation - and where harmony between mind, body, and spirit becomes the norm rather than the exception.
