Before You Book

Before you book, here is a little more information to help you prepare for your experience.

โ€‹โ€‹

๐ŸŒฟ What is a Sound Bath?

โ€‹โ€‹

A sound bath is a deeply relaxing experience designed to help calm the nervous system and encourage rest, balance and wellbeing. You’ll simply lie comfortably whilst therapeutic sounds and gentle vibrations from Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs and other carefully selected instruments create a peaceful environment for relaxation. Every session is unique, allowing you time to slow down, reconnect and simply be.

โ€‹โ€‹

โœจ What to Expect During Your Session

โ€‹โ€‹

Your session will begin with a warm welcome and a brief introduction. You’ll then settle onto your mat with blankets and cushions before being guided into relaxation through sound. There is nothing you need to do other than relax and allow yourself to enjoy the experience. Everyone responds differently. Some people drift into a deep state of relaxation, others remain awake throughout. Both are completely normal.

โ€‹โ€‹

๐Ÿงบ What Should I Bring?

โ€‹โ€‹

Please bring:

โ€‹โ€‹

* A yoga mat or comfortable padded mat
* Blanket(s)
* Cushion or pillow
* Warm socks
* Eye mask (optional)
* Water for afterwards

The more comfortable you are, the more deeply you can relax.

โ€‹โ€‹

๐Ÿ˜ด What if I Fall Asleep or Feel Uncomfortable?

โ€‹โ€‹

Many people drift into a light sleep during a sound bath, which is completely natural. If at any point you feel uncomfortable, emotional or simply need a break, you’re welcome to quietly adjust your position or leave the room and return when you feel ready. Your wellbeing is always the priority, and you’re encouraged to listen to your body throughout the session.

โ€‹โ€‹
