Join us for a deeply immersive sound bath journey, created to support relaxation, grounding and a sense of inner balance as we transition towards the quieter months ahead. Allow the soothing vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls and gong to create a space for stillness, calm and connection with yourself. Like nature preparing for the change of season, this is an opportunity to slow down, breathe and create space, releasing the busyness of everyday life and gently turning inward. Through the resonance of sound, you are invited to settle, restore and reconnect with your own sense of balance, preparing mind and body for the season ahead. No previous experience is needed. Simply arrive, get comfortable and allow yourself to be guided by the beauty and vibration of sound in a peaceful and welcoming environment. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, and anything else you need to feel warm and comfortable.
