FAQ's

What happens in a sound bath session?

A sound bath is a 45-minute immersive relaxation experience designed to help you unwind, reset, and restore. You'll lie down comfortably with soft blankets and cushions, allowing your body to fully relax whilst being gently "bathed" in soothing sound vibrations.

During the session, instruments such as Himalayan singing bowls, sun gong, crystal bowls, chimes, and therapeutic percussion are played in a flowing, intuitive way. Their rich tones and resonant frequencies calm the nervous system and guide you into an altered  state of consciousness (ASC) - a deeply restorative state between wakefulness and sleep.

In this state of deep rest, the body can release tension, reduce stress, and support its natural healing processes, leaving you feeling grounded, refreshed, and restored.

What do I need to bring?

You'll need to bring blankets, a cushion, yoga mat, water, and anything else that helps you feel settled, such as crystals or an eye mask. Also wear comfortable clothing. We want you to have a relaxing and enjoyable experience!

What happens if I fall asleep or feel uncomfortable at any time?

If you feel uncomfortable at any time during the sound bath, please don't hesitate to change your position, sit, or quietly leave the room if necessary. Your comfort is our top priority, so please do what feels right for you, this time is dedicated to you.
